1. Introduction

Welcome to Lariviere Tours. By booking a tour, transfer, or activity with us ("the Company," "we," "us"), you ("the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Lariviere Tours.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Reservations can be made via our website, email, or WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• You receive a written confirmation (email/voucher) from Lariviere Tours.
• A deposit (if applicable) has been received.

For last-minute bookings (less than 24 hours), please contact us directly by phone to ensure availability.

3. Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs:

• Deposit: A 20-30% deposit may be required for multi-day tours to secure accommodation and transport.
• Balance: The remaining balance can be paid in cash (EUR, USD, MAD) to the driver upon pickup or via credit card (subject to 3-5% surcharge).
• Day Trips: Payment is often accepted in full on the day of the trip.

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair:

Any changes to the travel date, number of passengers, or itinerary must be requested in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes without extra cost, provided that:

• The request is made at least 7 days before departure.
• Accommodations/services for new dates are available.

* Additional costs incurred by third-party providers (e.g., hotels) will be passed on to the client.

6. Liability & Travel Insurance

Lariviere Tours acts as an agent for transport and tour arrangements. While we exercise all due care:

• Insurance: Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance (medical, baggage, trip cancellation) before travel.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, natural disasters).
• Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal luggage and valuables at all times.

7. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a tour if a client's behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or disrespectful to local customs, staff, or other travelers. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Casablanca.
