Itinerary
Casablanca – Rabat
Arrival in Casablanca. Visit the Hassan II Mosque. Drive to Rabat to see the Hassan Tower and Oudayas Kasbah. Overnight in Rabat.
Rabat – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
Visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis and the imperial city of Meknes (Bab Mansour). Continue to Fes for overnight stay.
Fes Guided Tour
Full day dedicated to visiting Fes, the spiritual capital. Explore the Medina, Tanneries, Al-Qarawiyyin University, and Royal Palace.
Fes – Ifrane – Merzouga
Drive through the Middle Atlas mountains, passing Ifrane (Little Switzerland) and the cedar forests. Arrive in Merzouga edge of dunes.
Merzouga Desert Exploration
4x4 tour of the dunes, visit Khamlia village for Gnaoua music. In the afternoon, camel trek to a luxury camp for overnight.
Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Sunrise over dunes. Travel to Todra Gorges, a massive canyon. Continue to Dades Valley for dinner and overnight.
